G\u0103lbiorii (Cantharellus cibarius), denumi\u0163i \u015fi ciuperci Chanterelle, sunt unele dintre cele mai bune ciuperci s\u0103lbatice, av\u00e2nd o arom\u0103 delicat\u0103 \u015fi o textur\u0103 ferm\u0103, care poate \u00eenlocui cu u\u015furin\u0163\u0103 carnea \u00een preparatele vegane \u0219i vegetariene.<\/p>\n\n
G\u0103lbiorii sunt boga\u0163i \u00een vitamina B1 (important\u0103 pentru sistemul nervos \u015fi pentru inim\u0103), vitamina B6 (sus\u0163ine sistemul imunitar \u015fi regleaz\u0103 nivelul zah\u0103rului din s\u00e2nge), vitamina B9 (esen\u0163ial\u0103 pentru buna func\u0163ionare a ficatului), vitamina B12 (important\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ionarea sistemului nervos), fibre (stimuleaz\u0103 digestia), potasiu (men\u0163ine s\u0103n\u0103tatea cardio-vascular\u0103), zinc (sus\u0163ine sistemul imunitar) \u0219i cupru (un mineral esen\u0163ial \u00een procesul de cre\u015ftere).<\/p>\n\n

C\u00e2nd legumele sunt aproape fierte, ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u00een oal\u0103 cam 300 gr. din cantitatea de g\u0103lbiori.<\/p>\n\n Ciupercile r\u0103mase le c\u0103lim \u00een unt. Nu ad\u0103ug\u0103m sare, pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne crocante. S\u0103 nu s\u0103ri\u021bi peste aceast\u0103 etap\u0103, gustul supei este waw datorit\u0103 g\u0103lbiorilor ,,tra\u0219i\u201d \u00een unt.<\/p>\n\n Mut\u0103m acesti g\u0103lbiori pr\u0103ji\u021bi \u00een oala cu sup\u0103, pe care o transform\u0103m apoi \u00een crem\u0103 (cu ajutorul blender-ului vertical \u00een cazul meu).<\/p>\n\n Ad\u0103ug\u0103m sare, cimbru \u0219i piper.<\/p>\n\n Nucile m\u0103cinate le pr\u0103jim pentru un minut \u00eentr-o tigaie antiaderent\u0103 (f\u0103r\u0103 a ad\u0103uga ulei sau orice alt\u0103 gr\u0103sime), cu grij\u0103 s\u0103 nu le ardem pentru c\u0103 atunci devin amare.<\/p>\n\n Servim supa crem\u0103 de g\u0103lbiori fierbinte, pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu nuci m\u0103cinate \u0219i mult parmezan.<\/p>\n\n Gustul este divin.<\/p>\n\n Domnii primesc o por\u021bie dubl\u0103, pentru c\u0103 au cur\u0103\u021bat g\u0103lbiorii.
