Paste cu fasole ro\u0219ie<\/h2>\n\n

Fasolea ro\u0219ie este unul dintre cele mai bogate alimente \u00een antioxidanti, chiar mai bogate dec\u00e2t afinele sau cire\u0219ele, conform unui studiu al cercet\u0103torilor de la United States Department of Agriculture, realizat pe 100 de fructe, legume \u0219i nuci. Astfel, un consum frecvent de fasole ro\u0219ie ne ajut\u0103 corpul s\u0103 lupte \u00eempotriva radicalilor liberi \u0219i scade riscurile de cancer sau alte boli grave, men\u021bin\u00e2ndu-ne tinere\u021bea mai mult timp.<\/p>\n\n

  • busuioc<\/li>\n
  • oregano<\/li>\n
  • ceap\u0103 verde<\/li>\n
  • ulei de m\u0103sline<\/li>\n
  • sare<\/li>\n
  • piper<\/li>\n
  • ardei iute (op\u021bional)<\/li>\n
  • iubire c\u00e2t cuprinde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Pastele f\u0103r\u0103 gluten le fierbem \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare, \u00eens\u0103 cu dou\u0103 – trei minute mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t este indicat pe ambalaj.<\/p>\n\n

    \u00cen timpul \u00een care fierb pastele, preg\u0103tim sosul. Usturoiul cur\u0103\u021bat \u0219i tocat \u00eel c\u0103lim pentru un minut \u00een pu\u021bin ulei de m\u0103sline, dup\u0103 care ad\u0103ug\u0103m sosul de ro\u0219ii, vinul \u0219i condimentele.
