Mango este considerat a fi cel mai consumat fruct exotic din \u00eentrega lume.<\/p>\n\n
Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva dintre beneficiile consumului de mango:<\/p>\n\n
Con\u021binutul bogat \u00een fibre, dar \u0219i \u00een pectin\u0103 \u0219i vitamina C stimuleaz\u0103 metabolismul lipidic \u0219i ajut\u0103 \u00een sc\u0103derea nivelului de colesterol r\u0103u din s\u00e2nge.<\/p>\n\n
Prin compu\u0219ii rezulta\u021bi din digestia sa, men\u021bine rezerva alcalin\u0103 a organismului, iar prin con\u021binutul s\u0103u ridicat \u00een vitamina A \u0219i E, mango reface scutul natural al pielii care ne ap\u0103r\u0103 organismul \u00eempotriva razelor UV ale soarelui.<\/p>\n\n
Consum\u00e2nd mango \u0219i alte fructe \u0219i legume bogate \u00een betacaroten (morcovi, ardei, pepene galben) prevenim arsurile solare prin refacerea rezervelor protective de la nivelul pielii.<\/p>\n\n
Ingrediente:<\/p>\n\n
Ananas umplut cu mango \u0219i quinoa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n Pentru \u00eenceput, sp\u0103l\u0103m quinoa din c\u0103teva ape \u0219i o punem la fiert \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare. C\u00e2t timp fierbe quinoa (aprox. 15 -20 minute), preg\u0103tim ananasul. Cu un cu\u021bit mare, \u00eel t\u0103iem \u00een jum\u0103tate, \u00eencerc\u00e2nd pe c\u00e2t posibil s\u0103 ob\u021binem dou\u0103 p\u0103rti aproximativ egale (mie nu prea mi-a ie\u0219it, dar am compensat ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd 5 gr. de iubire \u00een plus, la jum\u0103tatea mai mic\u0103). Dup\u0103 ce l-am t\u0103iat (merge mult mai usor dac\u0103 \u00eencepe\u021bi din partea de sus, de la frunze), am scos partea mai tare (cotorul), apoi cu o lingur\u0103 am scobit tot miezul. Trebuie s\u0103 recunosc, m-am bucurat singur\u0103 de sucul rezultat \u00een urma acestui proces, a\u0219a c\u0103 am mai ad\u0103ugat un z\u00e2mbet la preparatul final .<\/p>\n\n Dac\u0103 \u0219ti\u021bi \u0219i alte metode de a ob\u021bine boluri dintr-un ananas, nu ezita\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219i\u021bi cu noi aceste metode.<\/p>\n\n Dup\u0103 ce termin\u0103m cu ananasul, al c\u0103rui miez l-am t\u0103iat \u00een cubule\u021be, trecem la mango. T\u0103iem felii \u00een jurul s\u00e2mburelui, le cur\u0103\u021b\u0103m de coaj\u0103, apoi transform\u0103m pulpa \u00een cubule\u021be.<\/p>\n\n Toc\u0103m m\u0103runt p\u0103trunjelul, la fel \u0219i ro\u0219iile cherry.<\/p>\n\n Quinoa fiart\u0103 o scurgem de ap\u0103, apoi o amestec\u0103m cu alunele, cubule\u021be de mango \u0219i ananas (am folosit cam un sfert din pulpa de ananas \u0219i jum\u0103tate din pulpa de mango), ro\u0219iile t\u0103iate, verde\u021burile \u0219i o lingur\u0103 de ulei de alune de p\u0103dure.<\/p>\n\n Umplem bolurile din ananas cu acest amestec, pres\u0103ram iubire \u0219i servim al\u0103turi de cei dragi.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Ananas cu mango, quinoa \u0219i alune \u0218tia\u021bi c\u0103 exist\u0103 peste 1000 de soiuri de mango?
