Focaccia din quinoa alb\u0103<\/h2>\n\n

Micu\u021bele bobi\u021be de quinoa nu con\u021bin gluten, sunt bogate \u00een proteine, magneziu, fibre \u0219i fier. De asemenea, sunt o surs\u0103 foarte bun\u0103 de fosfor \u0219i calciu, recomand\u00e2ndu-se \u00een special \u00een regimurile alimentare vegane.<\/p>\n\n

Quinoa sus\u021bine s\u0103n\u0103tatea sistemului osos, datorit\u0103 con\u021binutului de magneziu care joac\u0103 un rol important \u00een formarea oaselor. \u00cen plus, proteinele din aceasta servesc ca \u201cmaterial de construc\u021bie\u201d pentru oase.   • 100 gr quinoa hidratat\u0103 minim 2 ore<\/li>\n
  • ierburi aromatice<\/li>\n
  • sare<\/li>\n
  • 10 ml. ulei<\/li>\n
  • mult\u0103 iubire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Pentru c\u0103 mie \u00eemi plac m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile relativ simplu de f\u0103cut, iar preferatele mele sunt cele s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i din pu\u021bine ingrediente, am creat aceast\u0103 focaccia. Adev\u0103ratul motiv e c\u0103 am r\u0103mas \u00eentr-o sear\u0103 far\u0103 p\u00e2ine \u0219i nu am vrut s\u0103 mai ies la cumparaturi. \u0218i bine am f\u0103cut! De aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, lenea a dat roade. \u0218i ce roade…singurul regret a fost c\u0103 nu am f\u0103cut dou\u0103 tavi.<\/p>\n\n

    Scurgem de ap\u0103 quinoa, punem peste ea pu\u021bin ulei, ierburile aromatice preferate, sare.. vrummm vrummm vrummm cu blenderul vertical de cateva ori \u0219i gata aluatul.<\/p>\n\n
